  • Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance that the body uses to provide connective tissue and to repair skin. When the body’s natural hyaluronic acid decreases, it causes the skin to lose volume and firmness. This increases the appearance of wrinkles, lines and folds.
    Restylane is formulated with hyaluronic acid. When it is injected into the skin, it restores volume to the area. This creates a plumpness to the face while smoothing out wrinkles. Each of the different Restylane products are specially formulated to treat varying degrees of wrinkles or folds on different areas of the face.

  • Restylane LyftAs we age, the natural fat and volume in our cheeks deteriorate, causing sagging skin and wrinkles. Restylane Lyft is specifically designed to add fullness and volume to the cheeks while also treating facial wrinkles. Restylane Lyft is the first, and only, filler approved by the FDA to add volume and provide lift to cheeks, correcting and smoothing nasolabial folds (otherwise known as smile lines).

    Restylane Silk

    As we age, our lips begin to thin and lose their shape. The lines around our lips also become more pronounced over time. Restylane Silk is designed to provide volume and fullness to the lips while also smoothing out lines around the mouth to create a more youthful appearance.

    Restylane Refyne

    Due to natural loss of skin elasticity as we age, the lines around our nose and mouth become more visible. Nasolabial folds (the lines from the side of our nose to the corners of our mouths) and marionette lines (the lines that run from the corners of our mouth to our chin) affect our expression and can cause our face to look more aged. Restylane Refyne utilizes hyaluronic acid to increase the volume in these areas, smoothing out the skin and reducing mild to moderate lines and wrinkles.

    Restylane Defyne is similar to Restylane Refyne, but is a firmer product that is used to treat deep nasolabial folds and marionette lines.

• Results and Recovery
  • Results will vary depending on which product you are using, but they usually last from 6 to 12 months after the injection. Restylane is a clear liquid substance that is injected into your skin in the specific treatment area. Injections are relatively painless but can cause some swelling or redness post-treatment. These side effects are mild and typically resolve in less than a week following the treatment.
